'Excellent observation, delightful music and absolutely outrageous rhymes. Which is about as good as an evening gets', according to one fan. Acclaimed cabaret writer and performer Mark Lester returns to the Pheasantry for another evening of original music and comedy. Fans of Tom Lehrer or Fascinating Aida will enjoy Mark's take on subjects ranging from cold remedies and fizzy drinks to climate change and the challenges of the songwriter. (Rumour has it that vegetables and baked products will also feature on this occasion, as well as some instant songwriting.) Catchy tunes, satire, silliness and the occasional serious thought.

'A most enjoyable performance - relaxed, convivial, and the songs are good too.' Camden Voyeur
